When is the physician available in Hilo?

Unfortunately, Dr. Nguyen no longer travels to see patients in Hilo.

What types of insurances do you accept?

Dr. Nguyen currently accepts HMSA, HMSA Quest, HMA, UHA. Credentialing process is on-going for a few other insurances. Please call for updated information regarding fees and insurances accepted.

How long will the appointment(s) take?

Initial assessments typically take about an hour. Follow-up appointments are typically shorter unless psychotherapy is provided.

Where do I park?

Kaimuki office

Validation is provided for one family vehicle. We highly encourage carpooling if more than one individual will be attending the appointment. Otherwise there is metered parking along Waialae Ave.

How do I make a payment?

Cash

Cash is accepted, but must be given to provider or office staff in person. Do not send Cash payment through the mail.
